Materials & Quality
What materials are your jewelry made of?
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality gold-filled, sterling silver (925), and 14K solid gold. Every item is made to last and shine.
What’s the difference between gold-filled and solid gold?
Gold-filled jewelry contains a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal. It offers a golden look at a lower cost and is highly durable.
Are your jewelry pieces water-resistant?
Yes! Gold-filled and 14K gold jewelry can be worn daily and around water, though we always recommend removing it before swimming or showering.
Will the jewelry tarnish or fade?
Gold-filled jewelry doesn’t tarnish. Sterling silver may darken slightly over time but can easily be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.
Are your materials hypoallergenic?
Most of our jewelry is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.

Can I add a personal engraving?
Yes! You can customize your jewelry with initials, names, dates, or words that mean something to you.
How long does a personalized piece take to create?
Custom jewelry typically takes 3–5 business days to create. If you need it urgently, leave us a note - we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I request a custom size or design?
Absolutely! Contact us to explore personalized designs or sizing options.
Do you offer matching sets?
Yes - perfect for couples, best friends, or moms and daughters.
Can I send a gift with a note?
Yes! We offer gift packaging and the option to add a handwritten message with your order.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
In Israel: 3-5 business days. International: 10-21 business days, depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with tracking.
What are your shipping costs?
Domestic shipping is free over a certain amount. Express courier and international shipping may carry an extra fee.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes - items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging. Custom or engraved items cannot be returned.
