What is a permanent jewelry?
LOVE BELINDA is a 14 carat gold jewelry that is personalized during your visit to our studio or online. Once the piece is created, it is embellished with our special LB technology for strapless wear - worry free. Where can I get my Love Belinda bracelet? We are currently booking permanent appointments in Tel Aviv - at our studio at 67 Shabazi St. Tel Aviv. What is permanent jewelry? Permanent jewelry is a unique way to wear your jewelry without a clasp. These necklaces (usually bracelets) are customized and microwelded for a smooth look, and pendants with gemstones or diamonds can be added. Many people receive permanent jewelry as a way to pay tribute to significant milestones in their lives or to the special bonds they share with loved ones. Think of it as the modern friendship bracelet. Since it is made of solid gold, the pieces require no maintenance and will never be destroyed.
This is your new forever bracelet that you'll never lose! Although these pieces may last forever, they can be removed with a pair of household scissors or wire cutters, and we can re-weld them here in our shop.
Do I need to make an appointment?
We suggest making an appointment in advance to ensure you can get your permanent jewelry and not have to wait! We also have walk-in hours if you are not ready to commit to a date and time but please note that there may be a wait.
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes must be made at least one day before your appointment, otherwise you will be charged a NIS 50 cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged a cancellation fee. We value our time and yours!
Does it hurt?
Not at all! It's a simple zap of light, you won't feel anything. It has nothing to do with the skin
What should I do if the bracelet is torn?
We choose delicate bracelets for their minimalist look and ease of everyday wear. Although they are considered permanent in that they cannot be taken off, they are still delicate jewelry that can break or tear. If your bracelet gets caught on something and breaks or stretches, we will do our best to repair it for you for a fee of NIS 50-100. Please note, LOVE BELINDA jewelry is not responsible for lost bracelets or necklaces. Put it in a safe place and book a regular jewelry fitting appointment or Visit us during our drop-in hours! If we can't fix the chain, we'll offer you a discount to replace the chain.
Do you have anklets, rings and necklaces?
Yes, bracelets, rings, necklaces, anklets...we do it all!
However be aware that anklets and chains are more prone to snagging and stretching or breaking. We only offer premium chains for anklets (LINK and ROLO loops). Necklaces are offered in all lengths and sizes. To be worn at your own risk, LOVE BELINDA Jewelry is not responsible for lost necklaces.
Would it be a problem for me to go through security at the airport?
No! You are not asked to remove jewelry when you go through security. Your permanent jewelry will travel with you all over the world!
What if I need to remove the bracelet?
Can I re-weld it later? Yes, if you need to remove your bracelet for any reason, just cut it with scissors. To remove, cut the ring that holds the chain together. Rewelding costs NIS 50. Please book a regular jewelry fitting appointment or visit us during our opening hours.
There are silver or gold filled bracelets?
Yes. We have Bracelets with a
14K gold, Goldfilled and silver.
Can I buy permanent jewelry as a gift?
Yes, just purchase a gift card / LB box for the amount you want to pamper! We recommend at least NIS 300.

What if I need to have an X-ray or MRI
Consult your doctor if you will be required to remove your permanent jewelry during your X-ray or MRI appointment. All ferrous metals (ie stainless steel) must be removed before entering the MRI examination room. If you are not sure if your jewelry contains ferrous metals, you can use a magnet at home and check for yourself. If the magnet tries to "grab" the jewelry then it cannot enter the MRI examination room. Gold is not iron, however; Depending on the size of the jewelry and how close they are to the part of your body being scanned, your doctor may or may not ask you to remove it. If so, be sure to cut if in the ring, store it safely and return it to us for rewelding at no cost!
There are permanent jewelry for children?
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present and sign our minor waiver of consent. Children must be at least 10 years old and able to sit patiently through the process.
Do you have jewelry that is not permanent?
Most of our jewelry styles can be ordered online to purchase with a clasp, so you can download and connect whenever you need to.
Refund policy for purchases at the studio - we do not offer refunds or returns on customized LOVE BELINDA jewelry items purchased at the studio. See our 60-day warranty for repair information. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 60 day warranty so you have a positive jewelry experience. If you have special people for your bracelet and we will do our best to satisfy your request. If you need to cut your gauge for any reason, do so with scissors to locate where the welded ring is and schedule a welding appointment to reattach it. If the item is removed or broken 60 day satisfaction guarantee policy, we will reattach or replace lost items free of charge. Just book an appointment for repair.
For parts outside the 60-day policy, if the item is still in your possession, and it needs to be rewelded, a 50 NIS service fee will be charged.
Online Orders If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund within 10 days of the date we receive your package. In order for a product to be eligible for return, the item must be undamaged or scratched and sent back in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be approved by us. A return shipping fee of NIS 39 will be deducted from your refund.
